Clearwater Paper Corporation is accepting applications to fill current and future machine operator positions at its Neenah, WI facility. Candidates for the machine operator positions must be responsible, reliable and safety conscious individuals. Preference will be given to those with manufacturing or converting or similar production experience. All future job offers will be contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment physical, which includes measuring strength capabilities, physical endurance and agility. Prospective employees must also pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Clearwater Paper Corporation offers an excellent benefits package upon successful completion of the 90 day probationary period. Applications must be submitted online. Starting rate of pay is $18.00 per hour, but upon successfully completing the 90 day probationary period the rate of pay increases to $21.07 per hour. Hourly rate increases occur every 6 months until reaching top rate in the area assigned.
